CAREER PROFILE


I've spent the past 20 years building brands from three distinct vantage points: Brand-side, Platform-side, and Agency-side. I worked my way from college athletics to EA SPORTS, where I launched 20+ software titles ($1-5M budgets per title), then to PlayStation, where I brought the PS4 to market ($20M+ budgets). That decade taught me how to launch products, build communities, and hit revenue targets.

Twitter came next. I joined in 2015 to build their Creator business from the ground up. Spent seven years scaling it to 40+ people across four regions, partnering with dozens of Fortune 500 brands, and driving 50% CAGR.

Now I'm at Edelman, leading a team of 150+, helping Fortune 500 clients get results by applying what I learned on both the brand and platform sides.

At Twitter, I scaled from startup to 40+ people. At Edelman, I've grown operations to over 150 people across five regions, hiring talent and creating infrastructure to deliver consistent results.

I lead by example and by listening. I trust my team to deliver. My job is to set clear direction, remove obstacles, and put people in positions where they can succeed. Hire good people, trust them to do their jobs, and hold everyone accountable to results. I've built teams of over 150 people across the US, LatAm, EMEA, APAC, and Japan. Scaling globally means understanding different markets, empowering local leaders, and creating systems that work across regions.

Global Director, Head of Branded Content & Creators | Twitter | 2015 - 2022 
Built and scaled Twitter's global Creator business (Niche) from the ground up, growing the team to over 40 people across four regions (North America, LatAm, EMEA, APAC) and driving 50% CAGR over four years.

Managed P&L and led all aspects of the business including sales, strategy, operations, and team development. Partnered with dozens of Fortune 500 brands to connect them with Creators for content campaigns, establishing Twitter as a leader in the Creator economy before the category became mainstream.

Developed frameworks for brand-Creator partnerships that prioritized authentic community connections over transactional sponsorships. Built global infrastructure to scale operations across markets while maintaining quality and brand safety standards.


Sr. Brand Manager | PlayStation | 2011 - 2015 
Brand lead for PlayStation home console business, managing advertising and marketing strategy for all PlayStation hardware with budgets exceeding $20M. Led cross-functional teams through the PlayStation 4 launch, one of the most successful console launches in gaming history (100M+ units sold globally).

Directed go-to-market strategy, media planning, creative development, and campaign execution. Worked with agency partners and internal teams to position PS4 against competitors and drive consumer demand at launch and throughout the product lifecycle.

Previously managed all marketing for PlayStation's sports software business, including the award-winning MLB The Show franchise. Developed marketing strategies that connected with core gaming audiences and drove sales growth.

Managing the Nike Sportswear Account for North America. Managed a social strategy that stretched across the ecosystem of Nike Sportswear’s owned and earned presence and grew social platform audience by 2x.

Led brand and go to market process for over 20 SKUs. Spearheaded re-branding of EA’s NCAA Basketball franchise, increasing revenue 300% over 3 years. Grew digital and broadcast content integration levels Y/Y with media partners (ESPN and CBS)
